Bryan Clark spoke with Mark Borton, Founder and Managing Director of Toredo Global Consulting, on the management of the risks associated with financial crime in trade, invoice, and supply chain finance.

Mark Borton is the Founder/Managing Director of Toredo Global Consulting, a Sydney-based trade, invoice, and supply chain finance consultancy. He is also a partner of the T3i Partner Network whose goal is to drive transformation through innovation in trade, treasury, and technology globally.

He has 40+ years of trade, cash, and technology experience having held senior roles in Standard Chartered, CBA, NAB, and fraud detection provider Moneta Go across various geographies in the UK/Europe and Asia Pacific/Oceania region.

He is active in his industry contributions, being a former main board member of the Bankers Association for Finance and Trade (BAFT) having also co-chaired the BAFT Asia Council and is currently a board member for the Australia/New Zealand regional committee of the International Trade & Forfaiting Association (ITFA), as well as a member of the ICC Australia Banking Committee where he previously held the position of chair.
