ACITI Academy Refund Policy

ACITI Academy is committed to providing clarity and certainty for all participants. Our refund settings reflect the planning, resourcing, and preparation required to deliver high‑quality training programs.

Cancellations by Participants

Cancellations made 8 weeks or more before the course start date Participants are eligible for a 100% refund of all course fees.

Cancellations made less than 8 weeks before the course start date No refund will be provided. At this stage, all fees are committed to course delivery and associated costs.

Transfers and Substitutions

We recognise that circumstances can change. Participants may request:

  • A transfer to a future course date (subject to availability), or

  • A substitute attendee to take their place.

All transfer or substitution requests must be submitted in writing.

Course Changes or Cancellations by ACITI Academy

If ACITI Academy must cancel or reschedule a course, registered participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • A transfer to a future course date at no additional cost.

ACITI Academy is not responsible for any ancillary costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel or accommodation).

ACITI Conference Refund Policy

ACITI is committed to delivering high‑quality events that support informed, evidence‑based engagement across the trade and investment community. To ensure certainty for participants and effective planning for our team, the following refund policy applies to all conference registrations.

Participant Cancellations

All conference registrations are non‑refundable. Once a registration is confirmed, ACITI is unable to provide refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances.

Registrations, however, may be transferred to another delegate at any time prior to the event. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

Conference Cancellation by ACITI

In the unlikely event that ACITI must cancel the conference, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.

ACITI is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or other associated expenses.
